Today’s I Ching reading by Spirit
I Ching 61 – Sincerity follows Discipline in the order of the hexagrams.
Spirit explains: Discipline comes before Sincerity for a reason.
Sincerity expresses awareness of one’s own acceptance of and
Commitment to the need for and purpose served by discipline in
Order to develop structure.
Yes, structure of thought, emotion, and action, and the purpose
Direction, and meaning they give to our life.
What can the message for me be when I do all that, now?
Now is now.
What other time do I have?
Spirit shares His understanding of Hexagram 49 – Revolution.
“Revolution follows The Well, and there is a purpose in this order..Revolutions create change that might not otherwise happen.
Left unattended or neglected, well water can become stagnant and unhealthy to drink. When this happens, the stagnant water must be removed and replenished with fresh, life-sustaining water. However, caution must be taken not to damage the structure of the well, itself, while removing the polluted water.”
“It sounds political.”
“It is political.”
“Life is political. It has a purpose.”
Today’ I Ching – 50 – The Cauldron
Fire above. Wind below.
The Cauldron follows Revolution.
Whatever is heated is usually made more pliable
Than it was before being heated. Revolutions
Change the civic and political structures of
Society that may not of themselves change.
What can this reading mean in my spiritual journey?
Conditioned thinking does not change on its own.
